The merger of EXPOMEDIA, s.r.o. and GENDAI, s.r.o. enables to embrace fully the “THEMA”  of fairs and exhibitions, and thus offer its clients full service including a wide scale of services – marketing as well as realization.

We guide our clients through all necessary steps necessary for organizing a successful exhibition in the Czech Republic, as well as abroad. These services are inhouse managed and are carried out by our trained experts with years of experience.

Thanks to our flexible orientation in the field of fairs and exhibitions, long term cooperation with organizers of fairs and our detailed knowledge of the respective target group enables us to satisfy the most demanding customers.

Our job is to prepare everything, i.e. recommend and book the proper location for your exposition. In the following phase we utilise our own wide scale of stand systems. It is commonplace that we provide also service – throughout the whole time of our collaboration. In the end we evaluate results of all measurable data (attendance, sales, etc.), including further marketing recommendations for your company.

As we have been a long-time partner of organizing bodies of the biggest fairs and exhibitions in the Czech Republic as well as abroad, we know how to select the best space for your presentation and negotiate prominent lcations.

We will arrange for ordering of the exhibition space and complex preparation for realizing the presentation. We will also ensure authorization of the project and the statics. We will see to all necessary amenities to be provided by the organizers (power supply, wifi, credentials, vouchers, parking passes and transport of exhibits, incl. insurance), so that you could focus only on a successful course of the exhibition.    

All these operations are provided by our team of qualified experts. To ensure the best result, we supervise all individual tasks during the whole action.

We dispose of our own exhibition fundus, which is wide enough to ensure construction of individual presentations as well as complex service of subcontractors for the whole exhibition. We are one of the few in the Czech Republic who have been using a high-quality Octamax 350 system, the more traditional Octanorm, Maxima or Trio Milos.

Our team of trained professionals including joiners, mechanics/locksmiths, floor experts, platform builders and many others, guarantees a above-standard our services provided to our customers.   

The complexity of our offer includes also construction of atypical and structurally demanding expositions, which require original, tailor-made elements or multi-storey structures.

We will provide you with fully equipped stands and together with our graphic workers we will make sure your exposition will make a unique and original visual impression.

We believe in originality, and our internationally gained experience tells us that uncommon concepts bring efficient response from the end customers. It is also for this reason that we specialize in realization of atypical expositions. Thanks to our Octamax 350 system we are able to construct also outdoor and multi-storey structures. Integral of our job is the design and manufacturing of the individual atypical elements. Therefore there are experts in joining, locksmiths, surface finishing, specific wiring or lighting. 

It is for certain that our graphics will work out design and model study, as well as a 3D visualization of the exposition.

Part of the realization of a exposition or fairs is of course technological equipment. Our team ensures construction of all platforms and stages, laying flooring, equipping the booths with appropriate furniture, original joining and locksmiths works, lighting and audio visual technologies, incl. large screens and sounds.

We do not focus only on expositions. We have long time experience also in many other fields of activities as conferences, congresses, events and many others. All the above mentioned technological services are not bound to a fair or exposition and as such can be arranged for individually.  

Integral part of our team is the art and graphic department. Focusing on the artistic part of the presentation, incl. its visualisation and 3D projection. Thanks to this, the client has a clear idea of the space and arrangements within their exposition and the final visual looks.

We also include into our portfolio of services visuals of promo materials as leaflets, brochures, press releases, etc., as well as our graphic service include large elements as banners, photo walls, lightboxes or plastic art.

We provide graphic services independently from the subsequent production of the project.

We consider our services an integral part of our mutual cooperation with the client during our whole collaboration. We put emphasis on control and supervision over every single operation connected with organization and the consecutive realization of the exhibition.     

We supervise all partial operations, we watch closely transportation of exposed articles and their installations, we check-up technologies, quality of realization, work schedules and many others.

We will come up with a topic for your event and its whole concept. We will see to finding a suitable location, appropriate for your target group with all technologies, set up an attractive program, and prepare catering to your gusto. If necessary, we will provide you with qualified interpreters.

Our portfolio of services concludes with graphic works, preparation of scripts, ensuring a moderator, briefing the hostesses, preparation of invitations to the event and their distribution, negotiating parking spaces and transportation services, incl. air tickets, visas and accommodating guests from abroad.
